First Christmas layout for grandson

I made this 2 page layout for a scrapbook i am making for my grandson. I cant wait to see the book once complete!!

Weekend project!

I finally got around to making this stamp shelf. I have wanted to for a long time and just never got around to it. Once I decided to do it was really easy. I had started to use very small nails but my hubby took over and used his nail gun and it went quick then. Now all I have to do is paint it and put on the wall and fill up with my stamps.

Simple Christmas card

Simple Christmas card made with scraps, stamped image and stickles.

A little different Onsie

I made this for my grandson. Not your normal cutsie onsie but my son is a drummer in a heavy metal band and wanted me to make Kai a shirt. I used quickfuse material, my gypsy and my Imagine for this. I made the design on my Gypsy and put the quickfuse through the Imagine to print it bright red (the pic doesnt show the true red color, my lighting was bad when taking pic). Then put it through agian to cut the image using my Gypsy. I should have welded all the letters but some were to close together that way so the spacing is not exact. I cant say I really like it but my son will so that is what counts.

Quick Christmas card

I used George and Winter woodland for this card. Now that all the update crisis is done with my Gypsies and Imagine I can get back to actually crafting I think, well I hope. My replacement Imagine should be here Monday. Anyhoo...

I used George for the rectangles and circles and red strip border, Winter Woodland for the snowflakes and the sentiment. I cut the large snowflake using three colors and layered and welded the small snowflakes to add to the border.

Think Pink circle challenge

I made this entry for the Cricut Circle think pink challenge. I used my Imagine, and the Nursery Tales cart in layers. I used PK glitz glitter on my butterflies and stickles for 2 of the bodies and rhinestones for the larger butterfly body. I inked the edges with chestnut roan chalk ink and attempted faux stiching around the bottom layer (didnt like how it turned out).

Sams' color Challenge

I made this card for Sams' color challenge. I had to use the colors black, bashful blue, and pumpkin pie. I do not have Stampin up paper so I used the RGB codes with my Imagine to create the paper I used.
I hope the colors show well in the pics as I think they were pretty true.

Birthday card and bag

I made the card and the gift bag for a friends birthday. I used TBBM cart to make the bag, used my gypsy to enlarge the bag and took the handles off the page so they would not be cut and added ribbon for handles. I added self adhesive feathers around the rim of the bag. I used matching paper to make the card adding a few buttons to the circles (it is hard to see the buttons in the photo), I used my cuttlebug and c/b circle's folder for the blue strip and sanded it to bring out the white core in the cardstock. I used a paper crimper for the burnt orange strip and used an MS punch on the top and bottom edge and inked with Timber brown stazon ink. Added matching ribbon from bag for bow. Happy Birthday is a rub-on.
Coffee cup is one of the eco-friendly reusable cups from Walmart. I also made chocolate dipped strawberries. (not pictured)

Simple Sympathy card

Here is a simple sympathy card I made last Friday for a new friend who lost her husband last month. I hope she finds peace and knows her Circle sisters will be there for her.
I used the French Manor cart on this card. The layered bird was cut using a beige glitter cardstock. I used Glossy accents on his wing and a black brad for his eye. The sentiment is a stamp I had and used Stazon on Timber brown ink. I used gold embossing freehand around the Flourish and tied a pink and brown ribbon around card. I add 3 little pink rhinestones on side.

Cricut Circle Christmas ornament

I put Christmas trees up in every room during the holiday and in my craft room this yr I will be using a Cricut theme. I got the idea of using filler material from Sassylady on the mb. I shrunk my certificate and adhered to the square glass ornament using my xyron. I filled it with filler paper from my circle box. (it needs a little more paperr in it) I think it is cute but will NEVER use the square ornaments like this again. The top hole is way to small.
I also filled the round ornaments with the filler material as well. I tried to etch on the ornaments but it would not take so I will be adding some vinyl on the outside and a little extra bling to the ornaments.

Lil summer survival bucket

I put this cute lil summer survival bucket for my sons girlfriend. I got a cute little orange bucket from Target dollar spot and filled it with some summer essentials. There is a pedicure set, a manicure set, nail polish, lip gloss, body spray, body wash, lotion and a bath scrunchie. I also got a matching water bottle. Everything is Pink and Orange and is so bright and summery. Perfect for getting ready for a day by the pool.

Birthday Card

I made this for my son's dear girlfriend (basically daughter in law). I hope she enjoys it.
I used housemouse stamp and used prismacolor pencils to watercolor the image. I then used clear embossing powder over the entire image to make it shine. I used Mickey mouse cuttlebug border folder around the outside of image and also on the inside of card. I then added stickles to the outside of image and also inside the ribbon border.

Wood and vinyl signs

I made these for us and some of our friends to hang at our campers at the campground we keep our campers at. I used blank wood signs from Hobby lobby and cut the vinyl with my cricut using various carts.

paper purse and card

I made this for my mom. I cut the purse with my cricut using TBBM and made the card to match using the flap of the purse and using my cuttlebug to add the thinking of you. Turned out really cute.

Birthday card for friend

I havent posted for a while but have been crafting. I made this card a couple weeks ago for a friends birthday. Simple but cute, love the lil monkey.

Baby Frame

I made this frame for my "on the way" grandson. lol. His pic will go in the middle once he's here!! The colors are much nicer in person, I guess the glass reflected the colors badly. It is a 12x12 shadow box and has a journal tag inside to write his weight, length and time of birth on. I am considering etching his initials on the front of the glass in the center, still unsure if that will make it to busy.

Birthday Card

Here is a cute little birthday card I made for a co-worker. I used watercolors to coler her in and my cuttlebug on the mat.

I GOT A GYPSY!!!!!!!!

I am so excited. I was finally able to get a gypsy. I have had a couple hundred bucks set aside for months now waiting for the price to come down enough to make it fairly affordable. Oh my crafts had them on sale and accepted a coupon on top of that and I was able to get it at $159.00!!!!!! Couldnt pass it up. It came Thursday and so far I have had no issues. Yippee!! I have sync'd it, updated it and loaded all of my carts to it and done some simple cuts to make sure it all works and WOW I love it!!! Cant wait to really start to use it!

Sour cream container treat boxes

Here's my take on the sour cream container treat boxes. I made these with 41/4 x 51/2 pieces of cardstock. I ran the white one through my cuttlebug with the hearts folder (kinda hard to see) and used my MS scoreboard to faux crimp the ends. The red one I used red carstock and layerd the white lattice cut with my cricut using the wildcard cart. (It somewhat matches my Husbands valentine card posted in an earlier post) I did not "crimp" the ends on this one. I made the tags and tied onto the tops. They are filled with Hersey Kisses.

Vinyl saying for my craft room

I cut this today using Lyrical letters for the saying and Home decor for the butterfly. I really like it but it is not level per my husband and I will need to fix it.

Stamped image swap

Here is a card I have created for a stamped image swap. The swap was quite small so I was only required to make 5.
